By teaming up to help fill critical vacant seats in the PSAP, we want to help improve the PSAP culture by addressing the challenges created from understaffing of excessive mandatory overtime, employee attrition and mental health.

Flat rate pricing for easier budgeting: getResQ911 provides a contracted rate that remains the same throughout the length of the contract (excluding optional overtime) allowing Dispatch Management to budget exact costs over the length of the contract.
Highly experienced, healthy resources: focused on providing proven, experienced Telecommunicators with more than 4 years of experience providing faster uptime, limited training and easier assimilation into your center.
