We are a services company with the passion and resolve to help 911 dispatch centers address the critical staffing, overtime and mental health challenges faced across our country.

  • getResQ911 was born out of the desire to serve the 911 agency and worker community.  With close to a combined 50 years of experience inside and around the 911 dispatch environment, getResQ911 has a heart of service for both the agency management and the phenomenal spirit of the 911 worker.

  • Our passion is to affect change at the most critical tipping points including resourcing, attrition, overtime and mental health.

  • We have has deep empathy for the 911 Call-taker and Dispatcher.  From working side by side with them in the job to providing the technical solutions across the center, we want to help address the critical resource and support challenges experienced by a majority of 911 centers and workers.

Diane Carroll

Company Founder

Diane spent 22 years in dispatch and has sat in every seat in the center. She has experienced the challenges first hand and understands the needs of both the dispatcher and management side. Diane's goal was to form a company that can help bridge the gap in order for dispatchers to get the family and down time they need while giving leadership the confidence that they will meet the mission of the agency and expectations of their citizens.
